Good honest people.
Horrible experience... I bought a house.. I’ve had my stuff in storage for over a year. Ive taken off work for two days, had some people to help move got a trailer and go to unload storage only to find that I’m not able to access my unit! Now I’m out hundreds of dollars if not thousands and can’t even get a hold of anybody!! Guess I’m gonna huff and puff and pull a door down if I can’t get a hold of someone soon!!
These people are impossible to reach! Have called and left numerous messages in attempt to pay for unit, was locked out and even after payment was made in drop box STILL cannot reach by phone and still unable to access my belongings! The lock itself is a trick all it's own and this whole experience has been very frustrating. 👿
