Took car for leaking power steering hose. Serpentine belt came off on way home from repair. Fluid leaking everywhere. Said they never touched belt, but Ford tech says impossible to change steering hose w/o removing belt. Filing complaint with BBB!!
There service and prices suck. Spent 750.00 and car sound worse when I got it back.
