Advance auto parts we use safety kleen to pick up the waist oil. now its been three months and they did not show up for there regular pick up. i called and schedule a pick up 9 times and all nine times they failed to show up and no reason was provided also no phone calls to inform that they will not come to pick up oil. worst company to deal with. use this company only if you want to be disappointed. a company that can not provide service in three months should not be in business.
Horrible service and doesn’t care about the customer
Horrible company to do business with. Absolutely zero customer service from the receptionist down to my account representative. I was doubled billed and 6 weeks later I cannot get this resolved. If you call the main number the receptionist is zero help. Apparently you can't speak to anyone in1 book keeping or accounts payable but they will give you email. After emailing I have received zero replies. My account rep claimed 6 weeks ago he would look into this and the became unresponsive for the past month. Extremely frustratin... read more
