I can't talk to any local representatives. I get some call center in India. Screw these guys.
For starters if I could give minus stars I would. I have over 100 gallons of oil that has been sitting outside for 3 weeks now. Safety Kleen was supposed to come dispose of it. This company is supposed to be environmentally safe. I don't think it's very safe leaving 100gallons of oil outside my place of business. Not to mention its a hotel. The lady called me a liar and was very rude. Highly don't recommend.
Other than being on hold for 5 minutes, Mike answered and was very professional. He answered my questions with confidence and is truly meant for customer service. Great job, Mike! Thank you for your help this afternoon.
The woman that answered my call was wonderful! She took the time to research my needs and came back to me with all the answers I was looking for!
