HORRIBLE customer service. I have been attempting to get one of their oil drums pumped out for 3 weeks. I have called, texted and emailed multiple times, the only person who ever replies is the driver, he is very nice but cannot come here until the office schedules it. The call center is zero help, they ask you for a ridiculous amount of information and then cannot even transfer me to the local branch for scheduling, just tell me they are sending a message to them.
