Great place to buy boots. Great selection, no one in DMV has this much selection and great customer service. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE
I dropped off my shoes to be cleaned and deordorized. I specifically asked before dropping off my shoes if they would clean the inside and out and de-ordor them, they said yes. I picked them up today and its like all they did was clean the outside, not even in a great way either, looks similar to when I clean them myself at home. They are clean but its worth 20$ a pair at all and ive gotten better cleans from other places. I'll be looking for another shoe service place.

On a strictly customer service aspect this store rates a 1000%. From a work boot/shoe selection it rates 100% on the exceeds expectations! If you need work boots, insoles, safety gear I highly recommend you head to this local small business. My now college marching band son needed tactical boots in coyote brown, and was recommended to also get a good pair of insoles. Excellent selection of safety gear. They have vests nice heavy duty and light duty. Lots of warm gear great selection of socks. Huge selection of shoes. Tactical and work shirts and pants.
