This company is unprofessional, rude, and does not honor any work they perform. They serviced a cover at my recently purchased house, but the pool cover never worked. When I called them to followup on their work it took multiple attempts to even talk to someone. When I finally reached customer service they said it would take a week and a half to contact me back. It's been 2 weeks, no response, nothing. They do not honor their work, are unresponsive, and lack any professionalism. BUYER BEWARE!
They are the BEST! Parker and Andrew were FANTASTIC, super nice, very efficient and thorough- got the cover running regularly and even went above and beyond fix the squeaky sound! Highly recommended!
If I could give 10 stars I would! What a great company to deal with! Parker and Andrew did my install and they were amazing and so nice. The price was very fair and they even charged me less than what was quoted because they didn't need to install all of the parts they thought they were going to need to! How many contractors from other trades would be that honest? Seriously unheard of today. I am also appreciative that they would service my area as I am a bit far for them. I highly recommend Safety Cover Systems. We had an issue with our pool cover roller and while the company that originally installed the system (who we thought was the ONLY company doing pool covers in San Diego) would not provide a written quote (only verbal), Safety Cover Systems quote was 1/3 the price of the other company.
