They never answer the phone. They change the class dates and don't tell you and than charge you for their mistake. Horrible business. Go elsewhere if possible.
has anyone had to deal with these guys i finished my class on June 14 I emailed the office to get my last exiting 3 times not until aug.11 did I get a response. that 20 days have passed so I have to pay 80 bucks to get reinstated mean while. my license got suspended my car insurance dropped me for not finishing my classes
They do not answer their phones or call you back ever. I’ve scheduled a call with them and they still don’t call!!
I highly don’t recommend. The education part wasn’t educational. We’d have two hour discussion and videos about the the consequences of drunk driving to the individual and people involved in the crashes. While it’s important to understand the severity of what can happen the amount and reputation of those accounts from people, it felt more like guilting. We’d then go on to discuss things like: What do you think the drinking age should be? Do you think the that drunk driving is dangerous? Do you think the consequences are fair... read more
