Used to be reliable for years, but in mid 2024 a new safety inspector (20769) started failing people on dimmed or cloudy headlight covers unjustifiably and then overcharging for the buffing work. Noticed another customer was told the same that same day. He paid it. I asked to see the actual ratings or test, but the guy refused to show his work. I took my car elsewhere for the repair, and a former inspector said it should not have failed and wasn’t close to failing. So I go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place, especially for car Inspection, the new guy who does the inspections doesn't have enough experience. He have a bad attitude ,rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about the customers . Told me that he doesn't care If I come there again. Whey lost a customer. I've been coming here to do Inspection for years. I Went there to do my car inspection. And failed me because of my led headlights/ led fog light /ledreverse led light plate lights /they all work.
