I engaged Satetek to install a waterproof awning over my balcony. The awning leaked from to the outset and after a number of half-hearted attempts to fix the leak, Safetek has walked away from responsibilities to remediate the problem. They clearly see their statement of providing a 2 year warranty on workmanship as just words on paper.
