I will never use them ever again I requested to terminate my policy because I’m not happy with the service and they are telling me just to cancel I have to pay 2000 dollars this is a complete joke
Xfinity tech came to fix caller ID. He could not fix issue. I was given a number from a supervisor that turned put to be Safestreets. I explained this problem and I was immediately told my bill will go up $80 unless I go with security package. I was told installation and equipment was free. I was more concerned about fixing the problem. I was told a tech will come down next week to fix. I said one was already here but he said 'Don't worry. Our Tech will surely resolve". My experience with Safestreets USA in Lehi was absolutely awful from start to finish. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. They failed to follow the terms of the contract, provided services that I did not receive, and then made the situation even worse when I called to cancel. They argued with me over $15 and refused to cancel if I did not pay them. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or take responsibility, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful. Raymond Phillips from Safe Street came out to do our installation. Very professional and thorough in his briefing of the new system.
Shady, predatory, company with bait and switch techniques. Do yourself a favor and run from this company. I wish I did. When you call in I have never encountered the level of rude and unprofessional customer service. Safe Streets, I will be updating my review monthly. :)
