Terrible, Terrible, I wish I read the reviews first. Run from this company. Zero stars
Shady, predatory, company with bait and switch techniques. Do yourself a favor and run from this company. I wish I did. When you call in I have never encountered the level of rude and unprofessional customer service. Safe Streets, I will be updating my review monthly. :) Edit: To the owner who replied to my post. These people lied to me at every step and got me with hidden fees at the end of the contract and said it was refundable and then refused to refund them back even when ADT said it should be refunded. Cannot be trusted at all.
