Our first swim lesson for my 27-month-old at SafeSplash (Crane Court, San Jose) was a disaster. We arrived at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM Toddler Transition class, but no staff were present, and there were no obvious signs in the 24 Fitness gym when you enter the building. The gym’s front desk couldn’t help, and the SafeSplash phone rep didn’t know where the instructor was. Ayla and Alvin have both gone above and beyond to accommodate our son's sensory and other sensitivities. They are both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We are so grateful our kid has such amazing people teaching him to swim!
