This is one of the worst swim locations you could go to. The pool has been mostly down the last 5 months and not fixed yet. Inspite they only keep issuing make-up classes and not refund even though we pointed put we are not able to go to other locations for make-ups. Once the payment is made, there is no way to get it back. Even earlier the washrooms and change rooms were in such unhygienic condition. I would give zero rating if that were an option.

Keep cancelling classes and they don't refund money for canceled classes.

My kiddo has been taking lessons at SafeSplash for 7 years. We originally took lessons at another school, but my child’s practical water safety skills were only progressing slowly. Since starting at SafeSplash, we saw real progress every week. The classes are well structured, consistent from instructor to instructor, and there is lots of instruction specific to each student. They signed me up for June promotion for toddler glasses. All classes were canceled, yes you read it right. Some pool maintenance is going on and all of these were canceled, I was never told about it. Since make up sessions last only 30 days, the only option is to do these classes at Mountain view location which is like 15 miles from where I live

Unfortunately had the same experience as Ryan and Bruce. Instructors are checked out and unprofessional, if they show up at all. Charged $$$ tuition for several months but every class was cancelled each week. Scam and waste of $$$. Still begging for a refund.
