They signed me up for June promotion for toddler glasses. All classes were canceled, yes you read it right. Some pool maintenance is going on and all of these were canceled, I was never told about it. Since make up sessions last only 30 days, the only option is to do these classes at Mountain view location which is like 15 miles from where I live

Unfortunately had the same experience as Ryan and Bruce. Instructors are checked out and unprofessional, if they show up at all. Charged $$$ tuition for several months but every class was cancelled each week. Scam and waste of $$$. Still begging for a refund.

Hi, I would also like to give 0 star. My child has been enrolled for two months but only attended about three lessons. Even the makeup lessons that were scheduled were later canceled. The monthly payment has been automatically charged from my account, while the classes keep getting canceled. I have many other responsibilities and cannot keep tracking these lessons all the time. I have already stopped sending my child to class, and I would like to request a refund for the remaining balance. Thank you.

I wish i can give 0 star. They canceled my son lesson all the time and keep charging us every month. We complain and they give make up day. But they sont have any available for make up day and the make up token has expiration. I want to get refund and cancel.
