New review 10/17/25 My review here is more of a parting one, not that of a present customer. Initially we were disappointed with a few coaches and was not happy with how the coaches treated all the kids in general until we started learning with Coach Joe. Our first swim lesson for my 27-month-old at SafeSplash (Crane Court, San Jose) was a disaster. We arrived at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM Toddler Transition class, but no staff were present, and there were no obvious signs in the 24 Fitness gym when you enter the building. The gym’s front desk couldn’t help, and the SafeSplash phone rep didn’t know where the instructor was. Ayla and Alvin have both gone above and beyond to accommodate our son's sensory and other sensitivities. They are both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We are so grateful our kid has such amazing people teaching him to swim!
