My little & I found this hidden gem through a FB event. He’s been in and out of swim places. I love their patience with him and how they cater to what he needs. He’s 3.5 and in solo classes now; but transitioning into group. He’s not just a number and they plan to grow with him as he continues to learn. I hate writing negative reviews. However, this company has been a huge disappointment. Since the new management took over, there have been multiple weeks where we have experienced last minute cancellations, including multiple times when we showed up for lessons only to find a teacher not there. We have repeatedly asked for a refund because services were not provided and this was never offered. Great coaches and my son is a lot more confident in the water now. Looking forward to signing up our toddler soon
The coaches here are fantastic and my kid has made a ton of progress in his skills. He is much more confident in the water. I'll be the first to say that the last few months have been a challenge on the admin side at this school. But things are back on track and I've seen a big improvement on the back office side.
