Dryer was taking 2- 70 min cycles to dry laundry. Not only did he clean the dryer vent he found the builder stuccoed over the vent door and fixed that issue as well. Happy to say I washed multiple loads of laundry and all dried in 1-45 min cycle each. Very professional, knowledgeable and so happy with the outcome, wish I would have made the decision to have this done sooner.

My second experience using SafeSmart and both have been outstanding. A large amount of lint was removed from the ducting, which not only makes for a dangerous situation but also reduces the dryer’s efficiency. Very professional service- the area behind and under the dryer was left much cleaner and better off than before. Highly recommend.
