I just paid over $400 to have Safeside Chimney clean my two woodstoves and chimneys outside. Although they ran the vacuum inside, THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE CHIMNEYS or STACKS OUTSIDE - the chimney caps were still filthy and they didn't clean the inside. He showed me photos - they did no work outside whatsoever. They never even went up on the roof. BUT CHARGED ME ANYWAY!
