You have been warned. Please do not use this company for any non emergency medical appointments. My mother is a dialysis patient and needs to have dialysis three times a week. My mother has started using this company 2 months ago to transport her to the dialysis center. Since using this company, it has been a total disaster and quite stressful to say the least. The drivers either show up late or worse they don't show up at all forcing her to call a friend, family member (me), or rideshare to get her to her dialysis center. T... read more
This experience was terrible. My mom who is wheelchair bound waited 2 hours to be picked up. It’s just a disconnect. SafeRide isn’t the actual drivers so they literally are calling others that they have contracted to transport. Completely horrible. Never again. I will give all my feed back to Scan Health Plan. Yall make them look bad
I had a surgical procedure canceled and rescheduled for a different time. Safe Ride was fantastic in accommodating the change for me.
