I had a surgical procedure canceled and rescheduled for a different time. Safe Ride was fantastic in accommodating the change for me.
The worst experience I had with my life with this company they just totally suck they don't listen to your instructions they just give you whatever they got I asked a specifically for a wheelchair accessible ride they send me a Kia Rio.!!! When I took my time to pre-book .mother barely coming out of surgery and it was painful forward again in I complain and talk to him and they did it again they send me a small car so now I talk to him like five times and I'm still waiting and they're still making mistakes do not use this co... read more
Both Drivers vehicles were not clean. Messy. Extra stuff all over. Canned drinks, messy.
