I just witness driver driving reckless on freeway. I called number on vehicle and it's fax machine. I go to address office is no where to be found. To all people who looking to use this. You have been warned. Please do not use this company for any non emergency medical appointments. My mother is a dialysis patient and needs to have dialysis three times a week. My mother has started using this company 2 months ago to transport her to the dialysis center. Since using this company, it has been a total disaster and quite stressful to say the least. The drivers either show up late or worse they don't show up at all forcing her to call a friend, family member (me), or rideshare to get her to her dialysis center. T... read more
This experience was terrible. My mom who is wheelchair bound waited 2 hours to be picked up. It’s just a disconnect. SafeRide isn’t the actual drivers so they literally are calling others that they have contracted to transport. Completely horrible. Never again. I will give all my feed back to Scan Health Plan. Yall make them look bad
