Over charging customers excessively wants to charge you twice for call out fees when there unable to fix a simple air conditioning job the 1st time then quotes you over $ 600.00 more than I got the job done elsewhere with a 12 month warranty. Do your self a favour do not use safer Contractors .
Stay away from this company they quote you a price then they send you a invoice for more money than quoted very unprofessional .
Had a faulty Air con, lodged a warranty claim and the company used was these guys. They came and inspected and said they think there is a small leak, but now the manager is saying there was nothing wrong with it even though they decided to carry out further tests which resulted in them having to come back a second time (little did I know they would also charge me a second visit) Why do more tests if they thought everything was fine? Commercial Mitsubishi broke down and had this Firm send Mitch out to diagnose the problem, the parts got ordered and Ryan came out and installed them and solved the problem and made the unit fully operational again. another firm couldn't even tell me what their tech found out 5 days later. SAFER were very helpful and prompt and I will be using them again next time. Highly Recommended
