Had a faulty Air con, lodged a warranty claim and the company used was these guys. They came and inspected and said they think there is a small leak, but now the manager is saying there was nothing wrong with it even though they decided to carry out further tests which resulted in them having to come back a second time (little did I know they would also charge me a second visit) Why do more tests if they thought everything was fine? Commercial Mitsubishi broke down and had this Firm send Mitch out to diagnose the problem, the parts got ordered and Ryan came out and installed them and solved the problem and made the unit fully operational again. another firm couldn't even tell me what their tech found out 5 days later. SAFER were very helpful and prompt and I will be using them again next time. Highly Recommended

Last week, Mitch and Ryan attended our house and detected 6 leaks in our air conditioning system. Many others would have thought there would be only one leak, however, Mitch and Ryan suspected something wasn’t right and kept testing. Sure enough, they were spot on. These guys went above and beyond to repair our system prior to Christmas Day, working an incredible 15 hour day, last Friday and finishing at 9.30pm.
