I manage a property in downtown Austin Texas. These people have terrible customer service. For years the same tech has always been a little sh***y but whatever. I don’t pay him to be nice. Just need him to do his job, keep us in compliance and get onto the next one. This year he came out performed half the inspection left for lunch and never came back. That was back in May. I called Safequip out to service a fire alarm box preinstalled into a place I leased. The box is not required for my business so it either needed to be removed or working before fire marshall would pass me. I called asked scheduler for a quote. She says I have to get a quote from David who would schedule me. David said technician would have to let me know.
