Non working System, Never came out to repair or find out what the issue was and still expected payment only. I was told by the State Fire Marshall and another Fire Security Company that they wired the system all wrong and then the office manager had the nerve to have an attitude and say that they wouldn’t monitor the system anymore. I don’t want monitoring, never asked for it again. I want them to correct the mistake that was made with wiring the system wrong which could have resulted in a fire. Very customer service oriented. Knowledgeable about up to date security equipment and every affordable monitoring. They actually call you if there is problem with your system unlike some companies that take your money but never bother to follow up about faulty equipment.
