I was told on 4/19/23 that my storage was sold. I did not get phone call nor an email. But the last time it was going to be auctioned I did receive a call and email. This time they are claiming they called my number, but I gave them my new number when this happened before.I have anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and have been heavily triggered. The worst. Sorry I picked this place. The elevator is as old as Moses.The push carts are old and can't steer. You have to align the elevator or you will be on it for 10mins trying to get off it.Each time u don't align it u have to keep pulling down this 20 pound elevator door.It was more tiresome to battle the elevator than moving your stuff. Because of this I hate going to my storage because I know I will be tire afterwards. I am a male and no way a woman will be able to battle the elevator. And the push carts are terrible.... read more
I found the staff to be exceptional and very accommodating for my unique needs. My car and boat did not fit as planned and management made accommodations that were very generous and appreciated at the last minute.
