The people were amazing!!! Any interaction i had with safelight staff they were amazing. The computer customer service was a joke!
Safelite is amazing and the job was was done in the time frame they said. Waiting area was comfortable and they had coffee and water if you wanted. My new windshield looks amazing. Thank you to all who waited on me.
Efficiency
On 11/20/25, I was in town visiting my dad, who was in the hospital. On the drive a rock from another driver chipped my windshield. The temperatures that night were going to be very cold and I didn't have a place to park inside overnight. Allan and Chris were very accommodating and helped me out. The work done on my windshield was excellent and I didn't have to worry about it for the rest of my visit. Special thanks to Chris and Allan!!!!!!!
Gentleman that serviced my vehicle was informative and very polite.
