I did everything online from placing my window order to scheduling my install with ease. Sonny came out to my place of business and kept me up to date from start to finish. Great job!!!
Replaced the windshield, next day service, no hassle.
I have read the reviews of negative customer experiences at this Safelite but I would like to compliment my outstanding technician Jacob who worked on our 2015 Mini Cooper. He explained that while replacing the windshield the trim would probably crack (it did) and he did not have replacement pieces. It caused a delay in fixing the car but he got the trim delivered ASAP, communicated with us through the process and was very polite. Being treated respectfully as a customer is appreciated.
I was told the the cost was 320.OO for the windshield. The technician sent an email the day of the installation and the price mysteriously became 376.00. Cancelled the order. Bait and switch. Unethical sales methods. Buyer be ware
Horrible service, never call back, never answer their phone.
