The technician was great. Very polite and professional. The whole process was super easy.
Did not show the day scheduled. Received a call at after waiting 5 hours at 5pm stating they could not get a hold of the installer, and did not know why he didn't show. Rescheduled for next day. Installer communicated well and showed up in the allotted 5 hour window. Window install was fine, but he put the Texas registration sticker on the wrong side of the window. I had to remove and relocate it.

Started out great, but I had to take a trip back after it started raining the day after I had the windshield installed, and they had forgotten to calibrate the windshield wipers, and the driver side wiper stopped in the middle of the driver‘s view and did not clear the windshield.
