I’m giving one star, because I can’t give zero stars. My truck was broken into last night, so I called Safelite and set up a glass replacement appointment between 8 and 12. At 1 o’clock I called trying to figure out where they were only to find out they didn’t have the glass in stock. Not sure why they didn’t tell me that at 8 o’clock in the morning when I made the appointment. They also quoted me $750 to replace passenger rear glass in my Chevy pick up.
