Not the happy friendly place they portray on the commercials. Had an appointment and had some questions about how long it takes, and about new wiper blades. No one there will answer the phone, just play a bunch of recordings, don't put you through to a real person. I stopped in the Ft. Myers office, guy said "you can't just stop in here and get a windshield replaced" I said I have an appointment; no one will answer the phone to answer questions! So rude I didn't show up for my appointment, I'll be going somewhere else.

the employee that came by and fixed my windshield was awesome and did his job well. i was not happy not because of the job done but because the fix was visible but hey it is only a fix not a visual repair. i had no complaint about the tech he was wonderful. however when i talked to the manager john he was the biggest pompus looser! he did not seem to be giving me his undivided attention when i spoke with him. he was really rude and i would never ever go here again. i wanted my winshield to be replace later but i honestly thi... read more
