The whole process went well. From the insurance claims person, to the technician who replaced the windshield, everyone was cordial and helpful
The services here exceeded my expectations
My appointment was rescheduled three times, and Safelite never reached out to me or my insurance company regarding the replacement windshield. Each time, I had to call the day before the appointment to confirm, only to be told there were no notes from the shop. I rearranged my work schedule several times, but the shop made no effort to communicate or contact my insurance.
