My technician was William and he was excellent. The service was wonderful. William explained everything he was going to do. He was very polite and thorough. I don’t know the price because my insurance company paid for the service. It was free to me.
Great experience. Engineer was friendly and explained the entire process. The work was fast and with quality.
Recommended by my insurance company, process was easy and quick. I had to wait for the glass to be ordered, but once they received it. They installed it the next day. The technician Brian was just amazing, extremely professional and courteous. I had a great experience with Safelite Auto Glass.
They never called my cell to let me know that they were finished.
A tech named Mark came to my house was rude to my 17 year old and did not complete the job. The customer service there is bad and they don’t seem to know what there doing especially when it comes to luxury cars. I will never use them as a glass replacement company again
