I had to get my front windshield replaced because I had a large rock tossed by a wide tired truck that not only starred the glass but developed a large crack that went down the entire windshield. I went to Safelite because there are cameras and electronics attached to the windshield that would need to be mounted on the new glass and recalibrated.
