Hitting a buzzard at freeway speeds took out the windshield of my Jeep. My grandson was driving, I was the passenger. The bird hit the passenger side. Our Safelite facility in Carson City installed a new windshield the next day and cleaned out all the broken glass inside the Jeep! Great work Safelite!
Brand new facility, courteous staff, great work with the windshield replacement and a Bonus surprise Car Wash completed when I came to pick up my truck!
The installer showed up on-time, was very friendly and professional. Replaced my Driver's door glass quickly and it works perfectly.
It was a little rocky at first with the glass repair - because of the way my truck glass broke in the back, we had to wait a little longer for the part to come in. But the guys that helped me were very friendly, accommodating and professional. They helped me with more than just the one thing while I was there and the installation was flawless. My only request for FUTURE people would be to make sure that all the glass is vacuumed out of the vehicle and the bed of the truck. But…Small potatoes. Thank you!
