The shop where we took our Ford Transit van for a new windshield was so efficient. The shop was clean, their attitude toward customer service was excellent, and the work was done quickly and done well. Truly, we haven't experienced this level of dedicated service before.
Easy appointment. Tech showed on time. 1.5 hr job. Confusing price.....received 5 "Receipts" prior, during install, and Final. All 5 had a different price. Finally paid $388.00 out of pocket for replacement and one added feature I didn't order.
