I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a repair for a small windshield chip that was less than the size of a dime. The technician arrived, spent approximately five minutes on the repair, and left. In fact, the text message updates I received show the start and completion times as the exact same time. The technician did not explain the repair process, discuss any risks, or provide any post-service instructions.
