We were driving to Phoenix and a large rock hit our windshield making its mark right on the driver's side within driving view. During our stop in Payson, we decided to stop in to Safelite to see what they could do. The windshield was brand new, only a couple months old, from the same company. The technicians were very courteous and friendly. They told us the cost, which was low, upfront and even offered to squeeze us in even though it was nearly closing time. Had a crack in my windshield. Brought to Safelite for replacement. Whoever installed previous windshield broke the plastic covers on side of windshield and glued them on. Safelite ordered all new parts and installed new windshield correctly. Nice to have a company do things the right way!!
My technician was prompt and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He explained all about the after care needed. I was impressed
