Satellite Auotoglass of Santa Fe area is very poor with providing service and doesn't respect their customers valued time. I had three appointments rescheduled after waiting for hours on three different days. No customer service for a courtesy phone call or to receive one.
I ordered via the Internet and they said I had arranged for wipers and rain repellent, which I wanted. But the technician did not get this information and this service was not provided. That said, I was not charged for Iit either. Their communication leaves something to be desired.
