Friendly service, easy to schedule, they have done a windshield at our house that went well, and also we had to go into the shop so they could calibrate another replacement and that also was easy went well. in 2025 I just had to so a passenger window that they were able to do at home that went awesome as well. Tech Isaiah was 10/10, communicated ETA, fast and professional work, great guy.
I already left a review about Safelite losing my key. Before leaving it, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told they couldn’t find it and that it’s just… gone. Now Safelite responds to that review by telling me to contact customer service again to get it figured out? Did you even read what I wrote SAFELITE???!!! Why would I waste more of my time calling back just to be told again that you can’t find something you lost? How about you take responsibility, locate the key you misplaced, and send it back to me?
