Horrible experience from begging to end. At least a dozen phone calls as they tried to resolve problem after problem. Two Saturdays at 5.5 hours and 3.5 hours each. They stíll can’t figure out how to calibrate cameras. Blamed it on software and told me a coming update would solve the issue. Same day I confirmed with the auto mfg that there is no update coming as there is no software issue.
Awesome service made sure everything was done right and kept me updated on the process as well as getting to our house on time thank you
The Safelite tech is very friendly & showed expertice in replacing the cracked windshield.
