Be aware that Safelite cannot come to you for all windshields. If you have a navigation module on your windshield, you must go to the shop and wait 2-3 hours for installation/calibration. The Fredericksburg, VA office indicated they are working toward mobile installation. After my long wait, they told me my windshield broke during installation, but they couldn't replace it for a week.
