Fast appointment made, covered by insurance, technician knowledgeable explained process gave business card if any issues
Technician did not take pride in his work, and with that being said, my back glass is not fully straight. I have a larger gap on the right side. Tech’s comment was it’s the best it can be due to the wiper blade hole. Another Tech came to assist and use a plunger to drop down some. But this time, the glue was settled and is not perfect but better. I will use Safelite again but will avoid this Tech that installed my glass.
