I received a same day appointment. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful. They handled all of the paperwork including notifying my insurance company. The facility was very clean. When I picked up my truck, the interior was spotless just like it was when I left. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Very disappointing experience. During a windshield repair, the technician damaged my vehicle’s camera wiring. Although the issue was acknowledged, the follow-up process was poorly handled. An approved at-home repair appointment was later denied despite confirmation, and the associate I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. When I returned for service, the repair was incomplete and resulted in dashboard warning lights due to failed calibration. This was handled through my insurance and reported accordingly.
