The people that called to do the scheduling kept on telling me that I had X amount of $ to pay. I had already paid upfront close to $500. The first appointment they didn’t have the right windshield but said I had a $72 credit. So I get a call from the office and the guy that I talk too told me that I owed another $215. I told him that I already paid everything and I would wait to make payment until I talked to the installer. The office staff couldn’t tell me why I owed that extra money. I had to wait an extra hour and a half due to the technician not calling me. I waited in the store and noticed the truck was outside for over an hour and no one asked me at the front desk or the technician to call me or see if the truck was ready. I was disappointed I had to go ask the status of the truck and it was ready. No one really apologized or offered a discount for wasting my time.

My technician at this Safelite location was so professional and efficient. I was so pleased with his service because he completed the job faster than expected. I feel like he deserves a raise. Thanks to all the technicians,they moved with a fast pace and showed great customer service.
