Accidentally drove to my appointment a day late. I live about 2 hours away, so having to drive back the following day would’ve have been a whole lot of time and money wasted. Whichever gentlemen works the counter was INSANELY helpful checking to see if they had the right glass and trying hard to fit me in. All the stars seemed to align to be able to make it happen. I brought my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced earlier this year. No issues, great service. However, they neglected to put my inspection sticker on the new windshield and didn't mention anything. Called three different phone numbers to try to get this settled, and finally got an actual number from their live chat. My car had just been inspected so this was very disappointing. Replaced my oil change sticker, but not my inspection... At the very least, they're offering reimbursement, but it never should have happened ... read more
Technician was great, install was quick and after a few days seems to be working fine. I didn't sign up for the $80 wipers yet somehow they were added to my order. I'm also not sure what the extra money for the warranty covers that's not included in their baseline warranty which says they'll fix it if it leaks or something. Good windshields but avoid the sneaky upcharges.
