I had a 9am appointment for windshield repair. Estimated time was 2-3 hours. My truck wasnt ready until 3:30pm. Im pretty sure because I didnt wait at the dealership for repair they didnt make me priority and took others that waited there. I tried calling twice in that 6 hours wait and they kept saying they need more time but couldnt tell me why. I will never go here again nor recommend any one else. The initial contact to set up an appointment for a tech to come to my apartment was very good. The person explained everything to me. The tech who came to fill the chips on my windshield was on-time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. The communication and information given throughout the entire process via text and verbally was very good. No problems. Very good experience. A+
Horrible experience today Safelite and technician Rober (Bob). I told him that he can not block my neighbors garage so instead he decides he wants to block the driveway to the condo development. This guy clearly did not want to be working today.
