Called and got an ai bot it would not transfer me to a person and kept hanging up on me and bringing up past window replacements. I seen another guy comment and you replied "thanks for letting us know where we need improving"... I think you missed the complaint entirely and we all see that. your Ai bot doesn't need improved it needs removed, whether it does a good job or not we dont want it and theres plenty of local glass replacement companys around town, if I cant talk to the guy at the desk directly I won't be calling tha... read more

Window sheild hub did the work but left pieces of glass in hatch and now it blow out the lift gate motor.

They told me 3 hours it was done in an hour and a half sounds good except that means they didn't let the glue cure for an hr. than my car wouldn't start they acted like it wasn't their fault .I said it started when I brought it here startefd when you brought it on the garage started when you brought it on the test run they said oh ya by the way your car stalled twice on the test run .I say your telling me my car stalled twice while you were driving it and you just handed me the keys without telling me the car stalled they lo... read more
