Due to the rain, I decided to go to reschedule home visit and go to a location. All I can say is very fast. I could have literally waited. They called 10 minutes after I got back home. The job was done in 30 minutes. The price was the same as others. If I'd lowered my deductible insurance would have paid half. It's lowered now.
The shop did a great job with my windshield. Everyone was super friendly, scheduling and check-in was quick and efficient, they even helped with adhering the EZ-Pass to the new windshield. Trying to call and speak with a person is just about impossible. They have what may be the worst and most frustrating automated answer system ever. No option to address my issue, which is that I keep getting emails indicating I need to schedule a calibration when I already received a calibration certificate on the day of the replacement. Ezrom was very professional and fast came to my home in wickliffe and repaired my glass with no problems. Very descriptive on how the materials worked and knew how to execute the task without spreading the cracks any further on my windshield very happy with his services
Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend anyone use them ! My window got broke I called them to fix it and worse job ever glass don’t ever fit and the man who installed it Gavin , was terrible , I couldn’t get my trunk open and due to that was trunk is bent and has not yet been fixed then I called for someone to come out and fix they called and said the 1st time glass was on back order , second time the tech called off 3 rd time I brought it to safelite shop in mentor and they don’t care leather needless to say my win... read more
Made appontment for a fleet vehicle before going. Was a half hour early and they started repairs right away. Replaced my window. New one looks great. Nice quite waiting room with coffee and outlets to charge laptop or phone, even have rolling desks you can set up laptop on to work while you wait. Service was to the point. No issues. Friendly staff and was very informative on care and handling of new window after completed.
