Had my windshield replaced (moble) when the guy left I noticed the bottom molding or cowl wasn’t flat on the glass or sealed,big gaps between the windshield and molding. They came back today and told me Ford Escapes are like that (only Ford Escapes). They’re not suppose to be water tight none are. I’ll never go there again. Plus they changed the quote on me. After I called to let them know my quote was missing the molding part good thing I had it screen shotted. I wish I could down load pictures.
Bait and switch tactics used on scheduling for repairs. Despite having all vehicle's information on the initial quote it wasn't until after that they amended the quote and added $500 fee for calibration more than doubling the initial quote. This isn't a mistake, they had make and model and know this in advance. They wanted to get the booking and expected the customer to just accept the additional fees. Do not fall for this.
Took my car in to get a cracked windshield replaced. Poor communication between staff and clients. Could not get a straight answer as to why my replacement was taking over 5 hours. Told me I would possibly have to leave with my vehicle safety features turned off/not calibrated. Completely unprofessional.
Horrible experience! I recieved at least 4 confirmations for my appt and took off work and waited from 8a-12p for my technician to arrive and received no communication. I spoke to the extremely non chalant Gary who told me " ehh. It's not a big deal...it look likes someone called yesterday but maybe they dialed the wrong number" I cannot believe this is acceptable customer service!
