I’ve had such bad luck with rocks and windshields this year, and working with this Safelite location has been a breeze. Lance has been my technician each time, and he’s great. Very helpful and goes the extra mile. Hopefully I don’t have to visit them again anytime soon; but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
It was a frustrating circus of miscommunication. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning (took off work to to do) with the understanding it would be done in a few hours. 5 trips total driving 30 minutes each way for it not to be ready.it was ready the next day. I get it, things get busy but getting automated texts that contradicted each other and didn’t match what I was getting from in person common is frustrating. I won’t be returning.
