I have no problem every person work there are very professional and very nice
Very easy to use, coordinate with insurance, and get the repair done in a timely manner.
The technician damaged my vehicle and garage while pulling in. He was unprofessional in his response when I asked him to inform his supervisor about the damages. I do not believe he reported it. After the visit, I called Safelight and made a report but this local office has not contacted me back. I am hoping this review stirs some reaction on their behalf.
Mobile came to the residence within the time frame and was done without any problems in n hour ... Tech guy knew exactly what to do and the job was done correctly.
I had a great experience with my tech. He was punctual, explained everything and had a great personality. A job well done! I would highly recommend safelite!
