HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — SAFELITE WAYNE, NJ If I could give the Safelite location in Wayne, NJ ZERO STARS, I would. My nightmare started with what should have been a simple windshield replacement at my home. Safelite came out and replaced the windshield, but they were unable to complete the recalibration, so I was told I had to bring my vehicle into their Wayne location. I brought the vehicle in, they performed the recalibration, and ever since that visit I have been dealing with problems with my car that I did NOT have before.... read more
The process was so easy and seamless. Brandon did an excellent job, he was professional, polite, and respectful. My only suggestion is to remember to reach out when you are on your way to the client’s home so they can be prepared. However, this did not significantly impact my experience, it was excellent overall!
