Professional staff, easy appointment process, text updates, comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee available. I had a bullseye type chip and I am amazed at the great job the technician did to repair my windshield. I was out within 45 minutes of my appointment time. Thank you, Safelite!
Safelite replaced the back window glass in our SUV. The appointment process was easy, with clear text messages and emails. The receptionist took our info and there was coffee and water in the waiting area (which was clean with areas to use a laptop). A technician took our car shortly after and the replacement took about an hour. A technician took us to the car and answered any questions about the replacement glass. Very easy and convenient.
You cant speak with anyone about anything its an Automative answering service. Just go with a local shop where you can deal with a person if you have an issue. STAY AWAY
I just had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Honda CR-V. They did an amazing job. The technician, David, was meticulous with everything. I am thrilled and highly recommend this Safelite location.
