Unfriendly customer experience
I had an appointment with them Monday 2/6 for a windshield replacement, they show up with wrong glass, reschedule for 2/6 from 1pm - 5pm. They email 3 times to confirm I leave work early both times since it was cold I offered for them to do the work in my heated garage. So Friday they call and say they won't be able to make it can I bring the car to them due to daylight, I told the technician no worries I have a garage with plenty of clearance and lighting and it is fully heated.
