The staff at Safelight and this location were awesome assisting me with my new windshield and I appreciate their help!
Went to their shop a month ago after getting insurance approved to replace windshield. They ordered the wrong glass and so i called the following week to reschedule. They had to get all my info again...vin # etc... and they still had the model wrong on the order. They said a rep would call me once they had the right windshield. They never called me. Great customer service and quick delivery of service.
Ben, the technician who came to my home, was absolutely spectacular. His professionalism, knowledge and confidence in replacing my windshield was like watching a surgical operation. While i do possess technical skills, I could never imagine myself doing that job. Just removing the cracked windshield was something I would never ever try!. Thank you, Ben, and Safelite. Well worth the cost! I wish I could have tipped him more, but I could not argue with my wallet.
