I’ve had good experiences with Safelite before, but this location is a disaster. I dropped my vehicle off for a “drop and go” appointment (I didn’t choose this type of appointment, I guess they made this choice for me) at 9:30 am on 6/21. The location closes at 5pm, so I wanted to call around 4pm and get a status update. The phone number online doesn’t ring to a human, so I have no way to check on my car. Then, I show up at the location at 4:45 (since they close at 5pm) and they say the vehicle won’t be done for at least 30 ... read more
James and his team took full responsibility when Safelite fell short to communicate service changes. They're extremely professional with educated technicians. I would highly recommend his shop for any services. Very happy with the experience.
