Eduardo and another guy came to replace my windshield. They did it in like 20 minutes. They were both awesome, providing professional, efficent service, and did a wonderful job. Eduardo called me on his way, and later before they left he informed me to wait 30 mins before driving and other info. After having taken three cars to get alignments and waiting 3-5 hours for my car to actually be moved from the lot and into the garage, this was just super super awesome. Great customer service. Got the appointment time I wanted. My vehicle was returned to me when promised. Insurance covered for cost of replacement.
I went with Geico recommendation and choose safelite and was very disappointed with the cheap defected glass that they use to replace my windshield. Now I know to choose my own shop and don't follow recommendations.
