Technician was unable to fix a small chip in my windshield. After 45 mins, there was absolutely no improvement. Looked exactly the same. Now I have to go to a safelite shop to get a replacement. Supposed to take 3 hours. They do not offer a shuttle and it is 20 mins. away. Manager suggested I take an Uber. Wow, thanks.
Fit my schedule to come to my house to install a new windshield and calibrate the camera as well. Good job.
