I scheduled the first appointment and after waiting for 6 hrs they called me 8’mins before the time window was over that they received the wrong window. ok lets give them another opportunity they did the same thing 2 days later, was upset, talked again with them they assured the had in stock so I dropped the truck at 7:30am instead to have it fixed at my house can you believe I drove 2 hrs to see if it was fixed and it still had a cover on her , so I called and She said I was about to call you we never had the right glass , ... read more
Horrible customer service was hung up on by one technician and the other technician wasn’t knowledgeable at all. Put the wrong windshield on my car and the rear view mirror placement was put lower than it’s supposed to be. I have to go back to another Safelite so they can fix the work.
Scott and his team went above and beyond when my insurance company, State Farm, messed up my appointment time. They were able to get me in very fast and actually delivered my car to me at work. I 100% recommend Safelite on E. Ridge Rd. in Irondequiot, NY!
It was a great experience. The Safelite lady was very helpful very insightful great service.
