I tried to call them and got nothing but robots and other nonsense so I moved on to another company.
Excellent customer service from the representative who we initially spoke with to set up the appointment (cannot remember her name but she was awesome) to the tech, Viktor, that performed the windshield replacement.
The website warns there is not much of a waiting room but that is not true. The waiting room is large and even has tables for working at if you have a laptop. The service was quick, on time, and with friendly techs. Would go again.

Safelite is a well known company. They been around for a decade.. The people who work for them need training.. They r bringing the company down..
