Satellite did an awesome job w replacing my front windshield! It doesn't get any better than entering work with cracked glass that is expanding almost daily and to come out hours later to a brand new windshield w/o having to wait/schedule appointments during time off or to have to take time off to get the work handled. Great customer service. Hope i never need you again but if I do, you'll be the first one i call!! (BTW, no cost to me with my insurance coverage)
Fantastic staff, excellent communication, I felt very comfortable taking my car and waiting in their lobby.
I called to set up a mobile service and scheduled the appointment during my work hours. The a tech was very nice and tried to do the repair, but in my case the repair did not work (which sometimes does not). The tech told me that if I was not satisfied to please stop by the office and figure out the next step. So a few days later I walked into the office and met Tim and Leah, booth super friendly and wanted to help.
