Friendly staff and techs, got my car in quickly and it did not take long for work to start. The whole process was simple and the estimated time was accurate.
Text message after text message from safelight to say they were coming between 130 pm and 530 pm tech never called never showed. Called at 400 pm to the customer service and was told the tech was still coming. I called and got a real person around 540pm they tried to call the Bridgeport office it was called. This was all a Thursday then Friday comes it’s 11am not heard from a single soul so I call the 800 number they put me in contact with the Bridgeport office spoken to a very nice young lady that said bring it down right n... read more
