The employee “Jackie” who works at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday at noon. She began texting me on the Saturday prior, at about 12:40 in the afternoon. She stated that the work order submitted by my insurance company did not cover the OEM glass, and advised I would be responsible for the difference in the cost of the glass and my deductible.
