Professional, price was best, quick windshield replacement.
Safelite Auto Glass was amazing to work with with my broken windshield. I put a claim in on Thanksgiving night. Got a call the next morning. Schedule an appointment for placement the following Monday. Everything was automated and plenty of text reminders, email reminders of the appointment. Updates throughout the process of replacing the windshield from Safelite. The communication was amazing and the quality of the work was there as well! I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass to anybody who needs their service.
Had to reschedule due to the wrong windshield being delivered to shop. Then extremely long wait time for service to be completed over an hour longer then the time frame they gave with zero communication as to what was taking so long or how much longer it would be. Had to ask where items in car car had been moved to- turned into hide and seek as technical unsure. No apologies for delay.
Replaced windshield and calibrated sensors on my 2024 Subaru CROSSTREK without any issues. Excellent service.
