I was waiting in the lobby when I was told my car was finished. When i walked outside the technician sed he over head that I was a struggling student and a member of the Mississippi Army National Guard. He sed that he when ahead and gave me new windshield wipers (that I desperately needed) and then gave me money for lunch. These people were kind, principled and professional. I will always be choosing safelite from here on out. Thank you for all your help.
Messed up windshield washers and had to go in twice because they couldn’t calibrate safety features. Had same experience about 5 years ago.

Revised from one star to five star. Was closed for our appointment Saturday but made it right by fixing glass on Tuesday. Possibly a scheduling conflict from the insurance agency to Safelite system.
