I was very happy with the service. David came at the time he stated. He told me about my options. He said it would take about 15 minutes. And, it did. He did a great job, repairing the crack in the windshield. He was professional and polite. And, I appreciated that. I would use Safelite again and recommend them.
The service was prompt, professional and friendly. The experience surpassed my expectations.
DO NOT GO TO THE APOPKA LOCATION. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The nightmare started Tuesday when I brought my Mercedes in for a windshield replacement. After waiting, I was told they had ordered the wrong windshield and that I needed to come back. I was specifically told it would arrive and be ready Thursday morning.
