Windshield replacement on brand new Mazda CX 50. Rock caused expanding cracks (star). Safelite is the Geico preferred shop. Service was fast. They were able to get a replacement window overnight and install it the following day. Recalibrated the sensors. No leaks, everything works (sensors). Overall a very positive experience, especially since GEICO does a good job of covering windshield.
They were quick and efficient. Since it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon on a Friday, I was able to book a time the next morning. So glad I don't have that cracked windshield.
Staff and service in Carson City were excellent, as there was a traffic issue this day they reached out and kept my appointment. This is an excellent facility and was well maintained, would definitely return if the need arose.
