Easy to get an appointment. The crew was great and the repair was done quickly!
Made an appointment online (mandatory now) with a "COMMENT" related to the various levels or quality of glass we can order which I have done in the past. No feedback to my question so cancelled service. Tried to contact local provider directly but could not get past the Ai wall.
The technician Louis, was great! He was very well versed in my truck and what the windshield was going to need in regards to recalibration explained every step away and was very courteous. I was very pleased that Safelite would come all the way out to Smith Valley Nevada and replace my windshield and do the recalibration. Safelite even worked closely with my insurance company to make sure that it was all taken care of by the time they got there. Five stars!
Safelite in Carson City, Nv sent Louis to fix my windshield. It was a great experience. Louis was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend Safelite. Ask for Louis. For a young Man, he knows what old school customer service is all about!
