I had a cracked windshield that needed replaced. When I called they got me in right away. My appt was for 3pm and my car got done by 4:30pm. They were fast and very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The tech that worked on it was very nice and you can tell he was expereinced in what he does. His name is Justin Woods. The customer service for warranty work is an absolute 0. Damaged our vehicle on 10/06/2025 and here we are on the last day of January 2026 and still not fixed. Have traveled to Columbus twice for a 3 hour round trip and hade to reschedule family plans two other times and still they can not get a simple A piler replacement completed. They have had three chances to install it and it has been incorrect every time.
Safelite replaced my windshield, and now it makes a terrible scraping/rattling sound. I tried reaching customer service to file request for follow up repair & their phone numbers all go to automated service loops, and the text version is a chat bot that sends you to the same automated service loop numbers😡this is much different than my 2 previous experiences with this business.
