Don't count on them, they aren't reliable. I had an appointment and after waiting all day the technician Jalen called 10 mins before close to say he wasn't coming bc they overbooked him! After being on hold 8 minutes, Jalen gets back on the line to let me know the next available appointment is 5 days away. He was unprofessional and rude about it too. I am taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to warn everyone DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
