Scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced and day of they called me to tell me my replacement was damaged and had to reschedule me a week out. Again, day of comes and my car is scheduled between 12-5pm. Was then told someone was going to arrive 5:30-6:30 now 7:30pm comes around and I receive a text that they are not going to arrive and my car needs to be RESCHEDULED AGAIN another week out. Absolutely terrible business!!!!!
I would highly recommend Safelite! They are fast, professional, kind, and it was all so easy for me. My windshield looks fantastic.
