The shop is clean and has amazing AC. They have super comfy chairs and a decent sized TV. It honestly is super relaxing and made me sleepy. I initially wasn't looking forward to the wait, but it was a pleasant experience. They got the windshield replaced within the quoted time frame, no issues. They were all super kind and spoke with me and others with respect. Special shout out to Videl ( hope I'm spelling that correctly) who is a super kind human and goes above and beyond. I highly suggest this location.
The staff at this Safelite location made the already frustrating process of windshield replacement a breeze. They demonstrated friendly customer service, clear and thorough communication about the process and post guidelines. I'm not a windshield expert. But I left feeling like I knew precisely what to do to ensure my windshield cured properly. This location is tucked and quiet. It was so easy and affordable to get my 2019 subaru forester sport windshield replaced here! All the electrical suff was properly reinstalled in the new windshield and the whole experience was effortless!
I will absolutely NEVER TAKE my car here again ! They completely messed up my sensors and are taking no accountability for it! Never had an issue with my sensors till they changed my windshield not once but TWICE because they put an aftermarket windshield on it the first time ! Horrible service with zero accountability! This was the worst experience ever ! Funny their calibration “passes” on their end but when I took it to the dealership they can’t pass it there ! Funny how that works out !
